62 percent of mobile users now add their locations to their social media posts and pictures.

From this article: 62 percent of Mobile Users Location-Tag their Posts and Pictures.  This was also interesting:

 On Facebook, 88 percent of users tag their locations on a monthly basis or more frequently, compared to the 71 percent of people who tag their locations on Google+. Slightly behind these two groups were Twitter users at 68 percent and Instagram users at 60 percent.
